You will take the time to discover the history of cognac and the House, while sipping a cup of tea, and find yourself transported through the centuries, exploring the deep roots of cognac. From the vine to the glass, our Artisan Creators all have their say, and thus contribute their stone to the building. The walls of our aging cellars tell the fascinating story of this noble drink, from its artisanal genesis to its contemporary refinement.

Our trilogy: our signature “Chez Hine and Nulle Part Ailleurs”. Cognacs from the Grande and Petite Champagne vintages exclusively, distillation with the lees, and aging in fine grains with light to moderate toasting. Here, every manufacturing detail will be revealed to you.
