Bourgoin Cognac: Expert – Safari in the vineyard.

This visit in small groups will reveal the history of the estate, the know-how and the secrets of the Bourgoin family to the rhythm of a modern and refined scenography.

You will have the opportunity to go through our authentic aging cellar still in operation, our distillery where you will be exposed to the history of cognac. The viti-vinicultural approach, the map of the vintages as well as the Pedology and Geology will complete the technical explanations concerning the development of our cognacs.

You will also have the privilege of going behind the scenes of exceptional cognacs by pushing the doors of the hidden cellar.

The highlight of this journey remains the tasting of all of our cognac cuvées as well as our pineaux (young and old) and our Verjus and our Grape sugar.
